Luckily my friend paid with her American Express card and called them right away at the front desk and asked that the charge be cancelled. At that time we decided to check out and asked for the charge to be cancelled. We DEMANDED that the room be cleaned and we have a working tv or that money come off the room. The staff was ignorant and uncaring! We were told we would need to stick it out for the night and the room would be changed tomorrow. As I stood next to my friend I noticed a few other guests who were also complaining about their rooms. They called the front desk and asked for a better room. Surely enough, they were given a west tower room and when we got there, it was FILTHY and smelled of musk and mold!! The tv was from 1995 and barley got any channels. I told them to take a south tower room and AVOID the west tower. I warned them about but to expect and told them I refused to put a PENNY into this casino (except at Hooters). Stayed here last week with a few friends who were visiting and made the mistake of booking here without asking me first.
